today's lesson was amazing! had a 745 lesson in the morning and the whole paradise was ours to use! chun was on "our" horse bilco, sounds so nice! hahaha and i was on stanley. they were super!
we had to make them go really forward and into a really engaging canter. it was an amazing feeling.. we cantered and cantered and worked for qulity. it was really tiring though. was sweating like crazy after the lesson. and chun had flu so she couldnt breathe properly so she was really about to drop dead! hahaha!

hello everybody! HAPPY BIRTHDAY KATH! it was kath's birthday today and she really fell for ALL our lies! hahaha! kath kath havent you learnt since the bangkok trip? jun, nat and fei went missing!?! anyways went to the club at 2.30 today. met dawn who was all ready to conquer the wet wet wet weather. we told dawn to go get tape from sandra's office and after she went she didnt dare to come back out cause she was frecked out about all the lightning and thunder and was afraid she may get striked! so jun and i had to go over to save her. making our school shoes soaking wet! "dawn come on, i am taller, if lightning were to strike it'll strike me first!" only after i said that did dawn hurriedly took her umbrella and followed us back to the club house!jun and i had a puddle of water in our shoes! so after that we we did kath's bottle and went to ride.
rode bea chun was on bilco. it was raining when we were riding. so annoying i tell you ,the rain. but thank god there was no thunder or lightning then so were could ride! bea was nice i must say. she didnt run and wasnt that nervous and fresh. so we trot and did some half loops and kept changing the reins and mantaining bend and flexsion in sitting trot and all. then we cantered. there are so many things to think about while cantering bea. its tricky! hahaha! but the lesson was nice.
YAYY! gonna lease bilco next week! woohoo!

the twins, CHUN and I are providing baby sitting services. per hour charges. special twin package so its two people for one person charge! anyone needs babysitting?

hey guys. sorry didnt have the time to blog these few days. its been so nice after the exams! took a break from all the school stuff. but now its time to gear up again and start the ball rollin for sec4! goshy it's gonna be a longggg year ahead!

anyway yesterday was btsc competition. chun took report time, kath too tikki, jun took patch, dawn too sunshine and i took stanley for 1.2. stanley was really nice, rather quiet i must say. so kath helpped me braid stanley cos i have no idea how to braid nicely and all the braids that i did turned out to become a mess! hahhaha! i did the front forelock braid and jun said it looked funny sticking out like a stick! oh well... so anyway dawn got 2nd! woahhooo! and dont worry dawn, went to the club today and becky told chun and i we were joint 3rd.. so anyway then after the break could not go back to the club to watch dawn do the 1.4 cos i had art class.. but dawn got 1st! yayy!
kath got 2nd for her fancy dress! go kath! we wanted to go down and see, but when chun and i arrived, kath had already finished the class.. ohh well :/ and the crossword lucky draw kath won a ferrari t shirt and i won the grannnnd prize.... a mont blanc pen! but chun was angry cos she wanted me to win the pink lead rope instead! stupid chun! i cant help it if my luck is that good! hahahahahah just kidding! so anyways it was a fun week end from the braiding to competing to the lucky draws!

Bangkok was good! heehee... nat and i took turns riding feli. i in the mornings and she in the afternoons. feli is such a good boy! natsy got 5th on him! :D the competition during the weekend at saddle club was fun. watched dawn, kath, viv and step do their classes. well done everybody! oh yes, and jun and i took part in "guess the whose ears?!" sure we got all the horses right! hahahaha anyways riding on friday was such a pleasure. rode bilco. chun was on darcy but he had score back legs so 15minutes into the lesson she had to bring him back. and guess what she did after? went to the car to sleep!?! so had sort of a private with sandra again. it was a good lesson. bilco is really wonderful to ride.

so back to reality baby! here i am studying "HUMAN AND THEIR NEEDS" wow! doesnt the textbook know humans need entertament and not just words that doesnt seem to end to fill our ever so needy brains?! :/ ohh well. i'll end here, gonna do some yoga before bed.

today was good. had practicall no lessons! miss jacob didnt come aso 4 of her periods were free and mdm lee was on course so that's another 3 periods. during chinese we watch a cartoon some macdull pig cartoon but i fell asleep. so today was kinda relaxing. after that went to ntuc to get stuff and went down to the club. was to ride bilco for my first ever private. must say the lesson was really good. learnt alot of keeping a horse balanced and straight and working more from the hinds. it's was a nice lesson. but bilco kinda got alittle pissy at the other horses working around the arena and while passing left to left, he kinda took off. was thinking to myself ok, i dont think i wanna fall. thank god i didn't. after that i became more aware of space! hahahahah!! anyway it was a really cool lesson! after that helped in sue's lesson. walked beside thi little girl on penelope. she was frightened at first but after awhile she was okay. she was really cute she kept talking and talking! hahah! she said i could go visit her when she returns to new zealand! haha!
we proceeded to the club house next and it was a surprise for yijun who was clueless. our baking was not bad! hahaha! what a fun day! :D

hello! sorry for not posting for a super long time :? had so many things to do all the test and all! anyway jun had a nice birthday didn't she! haha! anyway cause of the rain yesterday, the ground was wet and mushy! but we still gotta ride! anyways the lesson before ours a girl fell off sunshine because sonkla spooked cause of the construction. then i looked at the ground and thought "what a bad day to fall, poor girl" but apparently sandra said she fell very gracefully, landing on her two feet! hahah! okay so sandra does not want chun to ride till she can get on the saddle too! so chun cant ride. oh well. rode magic, daph we are on and steph stanley. we did canter transitions and stuff. magic has a magical walk canter transition doesn't he! haha ok so the next time i can get to ride is sunday but since mum will never pay for a private i have to join brenda low's lesson at 6.15. hope she doesn't mind?!

hello guys! SORRY for not posting for so long. it's jut that things have been so hectic with school and all. well lets see, now my friday lessons are on and off. sometimes this sometimes that. little kids robbed our time slot! :/ chun and i had to help the enermies today. the kids that took our lesson and shoved us aside! hahaha! anyways, rode darcy at 615 group. so crowded 6 people! anyway darcy was bullying me! hahaha! but he's actually nice i guess. but my hands really were score after the ride. have to wear red and white to school on tues. but guess what this is the ultimate. WITH SHCOOL SHOES! hahhahahaha so funny right. so we have decided to wear ethnic clothes to school instead. wearing a sari so we can all wear slippers underneath. hahah:D

rode bea yesterday again. chun was on stanley. both of them were working nicer yesterday. sandra discribed bea as a 'rolly polly' i must say bea has really put on quite a significant amount of weight. and boy does she sweat alot! hahaha! anyway. we worked on transitions and trying to get a nice canter out of bea. it always feel as though her front legs are up there when you canter her. but yesterday, it had a nicer feel. chun said stanley was nicer too. anyway skipped rda today. so really tired and there's so many tests and datelines next week can't wait to get it over and done with.

hello everyone! mummy got me a new laptop :D anyways friday riding was fun! was on bea chun on stanley. sandra made us do this thing where by you ask for transition to walk but before they walk you push them on to trot again.so it was all about feeling the horse and anticipating their next move... bea's canter is really weird. like really. it's like 2 different horses one the front and another the hind. but she was sweet although didn't really like the noise the construction was making... sandra was super funny too! she told stanley to be good for chun if not she'll burb into his face with her chicken rice breath! hahahaha! must say the horses at saddke ckub are putting on weight. look at sonny and bea and piano! their tummys are expanding! haha! i think it's cos it's the summer hols and not much people ride during this time.. ccan't wait for riding tmr!

school has been such a drag. why oh why must we get up so early. i need my EIGHT hours of sleep!

lesson last friday was my last 6.15 lesson on friday... gonna replace it with a 4.45 semi instead. rode sunshine on friday and yesterday. did canter transitions, leg yielding, leg yielding in and out of a circle and collecting the canter strides.. it was fun :) on the OTHER hand, school is such a dragggg. have to wake up so early! if only i started later, then i don't have to wake up at 6 every morning, it's such a horrible feeling to wake up knowing you have like 12 hours of school ahead. i wouldn't mind if it started later.. but waking up for pony camp and riding is a whole different story! heehee... :D

gosh! it's so sad! there's school on monday! i haven't had enough of rest yet. Actually i just got into the whole holiday moood. it's not fair international schools get 3 mouths off! anyway spent the whole day at saddle club yesterday. we were painting the wall. it was so FUN! sue bought the paint and it cost her a hefty 140bucks! hahaha! ok not her but rather the club. kath, chun and i went down at around 11 and it started to pour really heavily. So we had to wait in the office till the rain stopped. we did the measurements and stuff. waited till 11.45 before the rain finally stopped and we went outside to start work. we stopped at 1 for lunch then we came back at 2 and was joined by daph and frances then later jun. frances and chun wanted to tuff city in the middle to go get apples? so they took the stable hands' bikes and cycled there. boy, they took SO long we actually thought they got into trouble! haha! but they came back eventually with biscuits, apples and grapes! what a weird pair i tell you. so later started painting and chun and i went to walk mocha. she was being such an angel! so different from tuesday! it was so amazing! haha! thank god the storm didn't blow in and we managed to get our lesson! ohhh well! can't wait to go finish up the wall! School is starting sooon, real soon! :/ got to get the engine rolling again :(

hey hey hey. mum and dad are back from canada and their little well overdue 'honeymoon'. it's tough not having mum here but now that she's back, chun and I are kicked out of their room. back to the ever so small bed and the no cable television room :/ while mum was gone, had to take the bus to almost everywhere! but i learnt after a LONG day how to get to saddle club by bus. it takes one hour followed by a 15mins walk from turf city to saddle club. depending on how fast you walk. :) hahahaha! anyway rode magic on tuesday and hank today. must say magic's canter is actually nice. anyway hank nice today. except that i had a little difficulty trying to MOUNT him :D whenever i walked him to the mounting block he swings his butt out. impossible. i tried it like 4 times before i could finally get on his back and that was with much difficulties. what do you know i later found out chun had the SAME problem mounting beatrice! hahahaha!

sandra's birthday

pony camp was so fun! and now it's over! D: anyways got james for jumping on the first, piano for flat, wg for jumping and piano for flat. i think i learnt something though this camp :) anyway doing sandra's birthday thing was SO FUN! hahaha! ok for those who wern't there when chun,daph jun and i smuggled into the office here it is:
so we waited longer than usual for sue and sandra to leave the club. they usually leave rather quick after our lesson but that day jun, daph, chun and i waited so long. we didn't want to seem fishy so we went to the club house and waited. then FINALLY they left. we carried the cardboard and the card to the office. chun got the pin wrong and we panicked cos we thought we now couldn't go in. but daph got the right combi and we managed to break in :D heehee.. then we layed out the carrots on the floor to read "34!" but when we finished we realised it somehow did not look right. then we realised, daph put the 3 the other way round! so we changed it and it looked better! then jun wrote "good morning" on that extra red cardboard and pasted it on the glass door and we covered the sides with paper so the couldn't see what is going on inside. we tried to find the right place to put the card but was afraid the office cat might scratch it. hope the cat didn't mess up the "34!" at last we finished our crime! we patted the cat and told it to be good and left the crime sene! :D such a fun time!

okay. so i get a call from jun. and we were chatting leisurely, i was trying to guess what horse i was riding, then i guessed it right and she went "ok, now you gotta guess the other one." turns out i had a semi private i didn't even know i had! wow! thanks to jun and kath if not i wouldn't even have known i had a semi-private lesson! sso strange i didn't even book that in. so anyway, had to rush out call my antie to pick chun up at science centre and rush down to saddle club! i didn't wanna cancel it cos kath told me i was on hank! haven't ridden him for a loooonnnggg time! since the group test. heard from sandra hank has been bucking people off alot lately... so i rode hank for the semi and lobo for group. they were both nice ;) ohh yes! during our 6.15 lesson, we did canter poles. anne riding citi gardens managed to get RIGHT canter out of citi gardens. of course he was excited and started going fast, real fast. but anne did super! right jun. her legs were like plastered onto citi gardens and she showed no sign of panic just annoyed at citi. she is one brave woman! she handled him super well. he did it many times but she rode to it well. and the last bit citi gardern flexed nicely to right in a nice canter. it looked really nice. sandra was full of praises for anne. she said anne is like the only rider in years that can get right canter out of him nicely. she was real good man! ask jun! yeah so anyway there are so many people in our lesson! six, a whole full class :/ so crowded! and riding prices are gonna increase in june! my mum is sooooo gonna kill me..

oh well can't wait for pony camp :D

holiday mood

ohhh well this holiday shit is starting to kick in :/ it's kinda boring! yesterday spent the whole day out with my mum. got a facial and brows done. then later went to get her travelling needs and gorceries. mum and dad have now left for america... leaving us four all alone :/ ok with the maids i suppose. anyway on tuesday i rode beatrice, chun magic, daph biscult and steph bilco. we did flat work with jumping position and jumping stirrup length.. must say don't feel comfortable with too short a stirrup! it just feels weird. agree?

anyway really excited about pony camp can't wait to step foot into saddle club early in the morning and mucking out! yipeeee! :D oh yes.. guys we asked sandra who we'll be getting but she says she has not got down to allocating horses yetg sooo yeah. guess we just have to wait?

What is the Perfect Horse? I think most of us has some vague idea of such an equine -- images of a majestic black stallion with a flowing mane and tail, orgolden palomino mare with perfectly smooth gaits and a chisled face, come to mind. But I don't think that is the Perfect Horse. I think the Perfect Horse is more like the one that I rode as a kid on a ranch, a horse that is less of a fantasy and more of a teacher and friend.

The Perfect Horse isn't necessarily stunningly beautiful; In fact, he's probably gotten a few scars and dings from life. He's probably been hurt but lived through it, been scared but overcome it, and ready to teach his rider to do the same.

The Perfect Horse is not just arena-ridden. He will let you feel what it's like to gallop through the ocean, chase a neighbor's cows, or play tag on horseback.

The Perfect Horse will buck you off when you deserve it, but wait patiently for you to get back on.

The Perfect Horse has problems; He will teach you to deal with them. The Perfect Horse knows that you can't learn to be a skilled horseman if everything goes your way.

The Perfect Horse will challenge you, but only as much as you are ready to handle. He will teach you that you still have more to learn.

The Perfect Horse is tough; He will gallop when he's too tired, jump obstacles that are too high, and go up hills that are too steep. He can handle the results of your ignorance or youth. He will make you, years later, look back and shake your head in amazement, and think, "I can't believe he did that for me".

we all HATE nat don't we?! :/ get to enjoy herself so much at horse lovers! humph! rode tikki today. chun oatie, daph biscult and frances little red. we did a few cross poles, must say it wasn't as fun as friday. there were lesser jumps but still fun overall. last friday's was the best! we did like a course of 5,6 jumps? SO FUN! hahaha! daph fell off biscult but she got back on, discovering that it was her hairband that actually made her head hurt :) bad hairband! bad, bad...haha
anyway after reading nat's 2hour long post, i am so tempted to go back to horse lovers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ahhh! begging mum to let me go soon :| hopefully.

first day of school! oh my god! all we did was sit on our butts the whole day on the floor, hearing to talks. but at least we had an hour recess to catch up with nat and yijun... sad thing is got to wake up at 6 in the morning :( gosh! i really hate the education system of waking up so early. i mean why can't school start at 8? at least waking up early for riding is SOOOOO much better! a whole different feeling, like waking up to something so refreshing! ahhaha!

today was SO much FUN! we did a course of mini jumps! the weather was kinda of rainy when we mounted our horses and we PRAYED AND PRAYED and walah! the sky became nice and bright! :D the wonders of GOD! heeheee...was on tikki, chun on bobs, daph on biscult, frances on little red and anne on winning glory. tikki was slugglish the first bi,t so much effort to get him going! after that he was good. didn't even need to ask for canter just thought "ok i shall sit and ask for canter now" but before i did he cantered... haha smart pony! realise that when he jumps he plunges into the ground(as in head) it was WAYYYY WAYYYY WAYYYYY FUNNNN! hahahaha! we went in pairs so me and daphy went together. daph went first so i could see where to go next :p so long and turny, i get confuse! PLUS i could not remeber the course! haaha! was suppose to stay like 4 horse length behind each other but i went a little closer so i could see where to go! hahahahahahah! :D
past few lessons we did poles as well. was on james on thursday, tuesday winning glory and last friday was on bobby.
ohhhh nooo! there's school next week! EEEK! :/

first time ever on little red!

Went to the club tuesday moning to watch siew min's lesson. it was raining and so they didn't ride. Sue held stable management for them on they were thaught to do the feed. We gave sue her pillow and her card and chun and i did a bag for her to put the pillow in. she said she collects pillows too :D oh and she said "you girls are really sweet" hahaha! then later in the afternoon, went back and sue told us the pillow matched her bed perfectly because her bed was beige and now she had beige horses jumping about.. ahahhaa! she was super funny! then went and walk with sue and sandra and their classes for a hack. nat, daph, chun and i were just tracking behind them. thank god the sky had clearred before our lesson so we too went for a hack in the jungle. it was so muddy poor nat had to walk with us with her slippers and got them all muddy. was suppose to ride stanley but because we were going on a hack sandra switched me to little red! haha! my first time on that pony! gosh i felt so big on him. when sandra saw me on him she pointed at me and laughed! hahahah! and nat never failed to say how big i looked on little red! hahahahaha! then last 20-15 mins went to the arena and we did bareback. Chun on wg, emma on we are on and daph on biscult didn't do it. only me, frances on peneope and steph on oatie did the bare back. at first it was a bit scary feeling their back bones! hahaha! but after awhile you somewhat get used to it. trot about and stuff before going down and showing them.

riding week

sorry didn't blog for SO long. but you guys didn't blog either! hahahah! anyways last week has been amazing! rode EVERYDAY! hahaha! had lesson on tuesday, self ride on weds, lesson on thurs and fri and competition on sat. spent the whole day at saddle club on friday. went to see siew min's lesson and helpped them a little. then did the feed with daph, jun and chun. after that nat came and mr R fetched us to turf city to get gummies! :D then we came back and help sue and sandra build the jumping course. it was REALLY FUN and TIRING! we spotted a slug sliding it's way through the sand real slowwwwly. nat, daph and i wanted to slice it up and see if something grows bac BUT chun, jun and sandra didn't let us :( hahaha! it was really funny! we carried the jumps and the wings all over the place and they were suuuper heavy! while sandra herself could carry one wing, 3 of us had to carry one. then we sat on mounting blocks and took turns to fan each other! after that we went to bathe. ONLY NAT DIDN"T! she was the sole dirty and stinky one after we 4 bathed and smelt so sweet! hahahaha! jk! after that we went up to the club house to eat lunch and made sue's bday card. then helpped with the feed again and helpped to braid oj's mane with jessica weigner. after that had a lesson on oj thanks for switching with me france :) and went for breifing for the next day's comp.
that night, although tired, but i could not sleep! so nervous! was half asleep most of that long long night. the pig, yang hui chun, slept like sleeping beauty! in the morning went to the club at 7.30. there were lots of people there by then. rode oj for the comp. there were 4 riders on him that day! FOUR! i was the second one. but oj was really tired by the fourth rider. poor boy! gave him like 2 carrots and other riders on him gave him apples. the first rider, jessica was nice and decided not take oj up so early so he won't get so tired. There were as many as 20 people in the 1.3 class.. Oj was really good! but of course morven won on wg followed by julie and the list goes on...tied for 7th with judith. daph and nat did very well for their 1.1. 1st and 2nd in order. good job guys! and chun did well on report time too! but rt kinda shyed from corner causing her some marks. but chun did a nice test. after the comp, went to collect our BOOTS AND JODS! when we arrived there together with nat and kath, we realised that they only sent two boots and jods back. chun and mine. sorry guys :/ but the boots are are too big around the calf for me and chun's one is a bit tight :( so SAD! the jods are TIGHT and so fitting but chun said that's what jods are suppose to be and look like when you wear them...

well that's about it for my riding week. miss it already! thabk god it didn't rain out on any of our lessons!

Thank god the rain stopped! Had a lesson yesterday, it combined with sue’s class cos the woman was doing the test as well. Picked jun up at the bus stop and she helped us filmed our lesson. Was on oj, chun on sonkla, this woman on sonny and max and his owner. We warmed up and did the test. This time round the test wasn’t so bad but I forgot one part. Haha! Chun forgot too! After the lesson, we asked Sandra if we could take someone out to graze. She told us to take biscuit but when we took him put he just wanted to go home! He didn’t wanna graze! Hahhaha! Then after that helped sue with the feed and went around feeding the horses polo. Then eclipse’s owner told us to take her out to graze and when we returned she showed us how she had to scrub her butt area to get rid of fungus. :D the owner was very nice. We hung around and then went home. In the evening went to Robinsons with my mum and my sisters. We bought lots of things! Had to ask them to deliver it back home for us! Haha! Well I guess I would take oj for the test. I told sue and she said she’ll try to get that down…

sorry did not update for do long. the internet connection was really bad or rather we had no internet connection at all! anyway. rode lobo on tuesday and the sky was dark and gloomy, with a bit of rain. it was rather cold. everyone had a raincoat on expect daph who was wearing a white shirt! i concluded that she must have wanted to look sexy after the rain had made her shirt transparent! hashahahahaha! after our ride nat came over to my place and we did the 1.3 test in front of her. she failed us! hahaha! rode sonny yesterday morning and did the 1.3 test for sandra. HORRIBLE! i really cannot do 1.3!!! it was really really bad, really bad! so anyway after that chun, nat, hali, jun, daph, frances, yijun and i went to watch harry potter. i didn't read the books so i did not have to know which part they did not cover! hahah! i would say it was alot better than the last one but not as high as what you'll expect. ok so one movie down the list of "want to watch movie this holiday" :) still have 4 more to go! narnia, geisha, dreamer and saw2 left! ok then so after that went to get ben and jerry's and went to the club. saw audrey clip her horse and bandage his legs. it's so cool huh to have a horse of your own! it's one dream every rider wants to fulfill! :D anyway after that hali and nat came over to our house and we ate dinner and watched boring TV... what can i say, wednesday nights.

hey guys! went riding yesterday evening. was on stanley. it felt rather weird at first when i first started troting cos stanley's trot is extremely different from the horses in bangkok. took a wile to get used to. was rather far behind chun(on bilco) didn't want to go her anywys incase bilco decides he didn't like stanley very much. daph was on biscult, frances was on oatie, emma was on james and steph was on tikki. did the corner thingy, sue took us. the lesson was so bad, i don't know it was just a very like flat lesson? i don't know how to discribe it?

today was hot hot hot! the sun was wow! overpowering! hahaha! but thank god for that! :D
anyways this morning's ride was better. got stanley and chun on hank. stanley's canter was really nice! on the whole he was really nice. then sandra told us to switch horses for the next half of the lesson. chun got on stanley and i got on hank. stupid chun didn't even jump when i was giving her a leg up. i was so tired to support her and she was so tired to jump. so anyway sandra stepped in and gave us both a leg up! hahhahah! after that sandra made us do the same thing again to feel how different the horses were. she asked us who was nicer to ride and who was more tiring to ride and all that stuff... after that showered them and took them back to their stalls. later we helped sue with the feed. that was when she realised that the cubes had grown rather mouldy! we had to pick out all the cubes that she had poured in earlier on. luckily she realised, what would happen if the horses had ate them! just because they are school horses the suppiers gave them a mouldy feed! that is so absurd!! gosh!

horse lover's club

it really was short. it felt quite long but when you actually come to think of it, it was rather short! it somehow felt very much like a dream, as of o had ever even gone there in the first place! wow! how time flies! just yesterday, we were eating breakfast and waiting for maree to come for our lesson, and today we're all back here! ;/ shall do a quick summery of the whole trip cos i know nat did manual blogging and would write ALOT! hahaha! ok so the first day we arrived at bangkok and met yijun and the owner of horse lovers' club. then we went to have dinner. oh yes! the plane was rather empty so we could all sat at the end of the plane. we met some ah peks too! haha! it was already very dark by the time we got back to horse lover's club but we still insisted on going to see the horses! there were plenty of mosquitoes around. trust me, 10 bites is enough to prove it! haha! anyways we had to split rooms so jun, chun and i had a room and yijun, nat, dawn, caro and kath had one. we three had to bathe in extreme cold water cos our heater was not working! could not sleep the first night due to major excitement on what the next day might be! the next morning, we woke up changed and met kyra, one of our instructors. she showed us the horses and alocated them to us. then we had a big breakfast and went to ride. i rode this big horse named filicino. he was big alright. i got so used to his size that when i got on only you, what you would consider a normal size horse, i felt short! hahaha! anyway they were all so well schooled! they bang into trot/canter. i kept riding filicino cos i liked him! haha! lessons were really tiring but not so much as the other time at horse shoe point. but i learnt alot, stuff that makes you more aware of your riding position. anyway it was really very fun! an escape from reality, i would say! haha! i miss my little guard dog! i miss riding! i miss filicino! i miss the whole place! i miss chasing for boot man! wow! it's amazing what god can do for one! :D

third time round

it's been the third time in a row we're been out for lessons. Went to the sandtack yesterday again. was riding pnelope, chun on oj, franses on oatie, daph on tikki, another girl on biscult and sandra on wg. At first we saw cynthia on the track too and i didn't dare over take her or get in her way after that incident! haha! trot a while before started cantering. Penelope went nicely the first time then the second was just zoooom!! and the third was unstopable! haha! i half halt, that didn't really work, squeeze my butt checks, no response and said wooooaaaahhhh! but her ears were just pricked forward! hahahaha! it was really fun!!!! then in the end, ended up doing all three at the same time with much more determination! hahaha! and she slowed into a slower canter and it was pretty much fine from here. phew! but she was so responsive to the canter aid it was like leg back and poof there she went. anyway after that decided i should not give myself another heart attack and decided to go to the back of the ride behind daph cos she was not cantering anymore too. well it was fun anyhow. :D thank god!

sand track

rode bobby this morning, chun on james and sandra on we are on. we went out to the sand track to work. sandra told us her really funny dream! haha! the horses have been in their stall for like two days stright, so they were kinda fresh. booby had a lesson before so he was quite ok. chun on james was just like, fast, really fast. we walk trot transitions to get the feel of them. then off we went to canter! bobby was alright and went really nicely. stood up in my stirrups and did half seat and boy, did feel good! it was so superb to feel the wind in you face! haha :D once when i was cantering, i heard "FEIIIII!" from the back and chun was shouting at me and i heard james' hoof beats coming nearer and nearer. so i tried to stop bob and chun came overtaking me and turning james right towards the fence(like what sandra said if your horses were too strong to stop) in front of me! hahahhahha! was really funny! and overall really fun! after that went back to the stable and showered them. wanted to graze them but my mum had to come and threaten us to go home :( well, it was a fun lesson :) thank GOD!

in the afternoon went to tomson plaza to get groceries with mum and chun. we bought the stuff and dropped chun at school. then went back and met up with jun, while my mum went to tailor her clothes... jun, didn't time just pass faster when you were with me?! hahahahzaha!!!!! yup that's abt it. so excited!

went to the zoo on thursday with the school! it was fun! daph, jun and i saw this really cute fellabella which we named frizz, cos he had really frizzy hair.! haha! he was so adorable! he or maybe she(didn't check) kept licking daphne's palm! haha! so CUUTE! the horses didn't repond to us when we clicked, they didn't even want to take a polo?! then we three went to ben and jerry's to get ice cream. at first we took 3 scoops of ice cream with the waffer to share, then after eating we were like hmmmm, i think i want some MORE! haha then when we entered the shop again, the sales woman at the counter was like, "ay? didn't i serve u just now?" and daph went "ya" then she said, "finished so fast?" and daph went "ya" then she said "want some more?" and daph went "ya!" HAHAH! super funny we were like greedy little children! haha! in the end ate like five scoops of icecream! was really good! anyway went riding yesterday and rode biscult for the frist time. he has very smooth gaits. we walked on the heath then trot and cantered.. the french woman could really control sonkla well, even though he was snorting and trying to do funny stuff! gosh got to choose subject combi, it's so stressful!

rode stanley on friday, chun on bilco, daph on tikki, frances on sonny, emma on penelope and two others on oatie and sonkla. it was a little wet so the horses were kinda fresh... everything was going fine when bilco saw the nadia jumping on amt. with igne, he decided he wanted to have fun too! so he stated canteing and chun circled, then he went cantering to the other 6 horses and stanley got a little, just a little excited. then chun circled away again and bilco bucked and bucked. everyone thought he was going to stip at the 2nd buck but he did this rodeo style flying buck which sent chun flying to the wet sandy ground. thank god it was wet if not the fall would have been worst. sandra said her jaw dropped when she saw what happened, she started shouting for igne to stop her jumping lesson, then igne rushed over and the rest of us were set back down.

Rode stanley again this morning. chun on bilco. chun could ride but a little sore all over the place. we booked for a lesson at 8.30 but when we went there the list said we were to ride at 7.45. GOSH! we were so freaked cos it was already 8.15. then sue came down and we went to tell her and she told us to ask sandra nicely, cos she did not have such a nice chat with the board this morning. But sandra was nice about it, turnned out she saw the book wrongly. so sue took her 8.30 class and sandra took us! the lesson was one of the better ones :D stanley was really sweet and bilco was calm. but i was dead tired by the end of the lesson! after that showered stanley and my mum made us go home cos she had her appt. oh well, riding on friday! can't wait! oh but there won't be riding on tuesday :( so sad! cos it's a public holiday..

a whole week end

friday was nice and warm! thank god! this rainy season thing is really getting to me! anyway rode stanley after so very long. Riding him is super tiring but he really response when you talk to him! chun was on sonkla, frances on tikki daph on biscult and few other people in our lesson. the lesson was CROWDED! anyway it went ok i guess just that he was rather hard to get moving forward(all my wea legs' fault!) yesterday went to daph's house for bbq. swam in the pool and did lap swims. concluded that swimming at night is the best time of all! the bbq went nice and the food was suuuuupa! haha! esp the smores! after that everyone slept over except me and chun. we met them this morning again to watch flight plan. and then went walking around. When everyone left at 2.30+ went with jun to do my eye brow and upper lip hair too! haha! now my upper lips are hair free! if only it'll last! hhaha! then we walked around and went to topshop! shopped for jun's clothes! and we found this nice pair of golden shoes which fit jun! and a really nice denim skirt that fit jun well! but jun was afraid her mom would not get it for her so we put it on hold! JUN YOU BETTER GO GET THEM! how many times do u actually find clothes that FIT! poor old jun! then later jun and i cleverly took the wrong side of the bus stops and landed somewhere we were not even sure where! but it was FUNNNN being lost! ahahah! reached home at 6. can't wait for riding tmr!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

amazing rain?

reached saddle club at 5.20 and the moment we stepped out of the car, a long streek of lightning flashed! and it started to drizzle and thunder. so the 5.30 lesson could not go on and they had to have stable management. Chun and me were praying and praying hoping it'll stop! and guess what!?! IT DID! 10 minutes before our lesson,the sky silenced and everything became fair and clear! :D and we could RIDE! hahah! was delighted! thank god! rode penelope, chun switched from bilco to sonny, frances on tikki, emma on james and stef joined our lesson on lobo. We worked in circles, trying to get the horses to flex. then we cantered and did walk to canter... penelope didn't zoom off, fast but not that of zoooooming off! haha! anyway today went to school and watched this duel called loose canon perform shakespares and some poems... they were really good as in they had amazing memory! how could they remember all that line! haha! then we watched the movie "the joy luck club" doing that for lit next year... YIPEEE! going to the zoo next week! can't wait to see the little ponies and have ben and jerry's! haha! :D

FFS shirt and ride

went to far east with jun daph and chun today. we went to make the ffs shirt! while editing the design, we saw carolyn at burger king! haha! then we went up to get the shirt done! the man at the printers was overly friendly :/ like really! (not so much in a good way) anyway we walked around and ate and went home to change for riding! then went to the club. thank god the rain had stopped by then and the lovely sun had came up :D was riding james, chun on hank and frances on tikki.. there was 2 other in our lesson as well on sonny and bilco. yet another failed attempt to get them round :/ just how LOOONG will it take to get it right!!!!!!!!!! then we went down and showered the horses. can't go down to the club tmr, no transport there. purff! i wish i had a lisence! alrighty shall end here! everyone have a good ride yeah! and BANGKOK is not far away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

hey guys! hows everything? anyway rode today. was on sonny, chun on wg, frances on tikki. mette took us cause sandra fell sick in the afternoon. lesson for me was alright... but i could not hear mette half the time! gotta clean those ear holes!! hhahaha! went to see nat's BEAUTIFUL cupboard again! haha! hmm... some new scratches i see... realise i can't lease :( my mum says we will be going away he first or second week of december and we are going to bangkok in nov so there won't be enough time to lease! the shortest possible lease is 1 mouth! and i only have 2 weeks to spare! EERRRRRRR!!!! i did ask sue if there's such a thing as 2 weeks lease but she says there isn't. she said it was suppose to be like 3 mouth lease but cause of our singapore school breaks which only last the most 2 mouths, it's kinda impossible, so they shortened leases to 1 mouth.. :/ well i can't wait for riding on friday! hope god will be ever so nice! :D

history paper was :/ all the question you don't expect to appear appeared! well at least it's one down?! next week are the english papers... i have to revise my lit badly! ohhh! and there's chem test this week! hate term 4! but going to thailand in NOV! can't wait to see KYMNNNN! yesterday riding was quite alright.i was on sonkla, chun on bilco, frances on oj and emma on james. daph didn't ride so she took biscult to graze... sonkla was nice, except when bilco got spooked at the corner, he followed suit..was so unprepared and shocked but that was quite fun!haha!later sandra taught us where the legs should be in the canter and stuff like that. can't wait for friday!!! hmmmm... better get back to studying eeeky chem :/ bye!

Here i am again. :) can't blame me for not updating, have a whole lot of stuff to do! a good example STUDY! history end of year is on MONDAY!!! shit shit shit! have this nightmare last night. was doing a chinese and english paper! and i could not read a single chinese word there was! then i saw chun all finished with the chinese section going on to the english one and i was just like STUCK! so i went on to the english section hoping it would be better. but nooooo it was horrible! they asked me to reSPELL words! (can't spell for nuts) so yeah... gosh what a dream right. i don't even think i am ready for the history paper! but i just can't take anymore of history!!
so anyway yesterday riding was FUN FUN FUN! i was on lobo, chun on penelope, frances on bobby, daph on biscuit. did 10 meter circles and learnt how to see if a horse is cantering on the right lead.. lobo's canter was like POWER. he just puts his ever strong head down and pulls you off the saddle! hahah! but it was fun! chun was just ZOOOOOMMMing around the arena! sandra kept making train noises when penelope was cantering and before chun starts to canter, she'll blow the stem, like how a train would before it departs... hahahahaha! so super funny! then sandra told chun and frances to switch so chun can see the leads on a slower pony... after that we walked down. and bobby suddenly spooked from something and started cantering about on the heath. but chun stopped him. then when all was quiet, frances on penelope started fast trotting back to the stables! hahahah! frances was just like woooahhhhhhh! hahaha! so funny. penelope trotted all the way to her groom! haha!
ok now for RL. went to rl on on mon with nat. had 3 lessons in the afternoon! hahah! ok guess you could read it from nat's blog... ok see you guys around bye!

hello! yesterday was really QUITE BAD! was riding winning glory. chun on darcy, frances on sonny and daph didn't come cos of the injection thing... we did walk to canter. at first it was plain horrible! leg wasn't STRONG enough to emph! him into canter so he kept troting. FAILED SOOOOO MANY TIMES! then sandra came and helpped me. she was like telling me to hold the reins more firmly and was holding wg back... then when he had the energetic walk she let go and i pressed with all my might(ok maybe not all) and poof! he's off to canter. after that the rest came quite easily... but u know i took SO long just to get a nice one it was plain fustration! i was like "FEI why are you so lousy at this!errrrrrr!" felt like smacking myself in the head! chun! u didn't look bad on darcy! anyway then after that washed wg. he was nice, he didn't try to bite me or anything. OH! but that day when daph was doing wg's girth, wg gave her a lovely LOVE bite! hahahaha! so funny daph was just showing it off! hahaha! i really have to build up stronger leg man! then me and chun watched the vidoe nat took... nat's a funny camera man! hahaha! thanks nat! haha! was fun hearing your voice in the recordings! :) i wonder if we are going for another hack on tuesday?! last week's one wwas like SO crowded like 9 people?! hmmm.... i wonder! but i hope we get to have a lesson...

hey guys! rode penelope on friday, chun on wg, frances on bobby, daph on biscult and shu weichi on oatie... penelope was really fast! faster than normal! so had to canter in circles around the other horses. When i tried to bring her behind wg on the left rein, she just started cantering as if it was some sort of race... but anyways she was really sweeet! daph is getting better! yay! but today she had to be admitted in the hospitial for some funny check up... gosh! so annoying failed history and there's another one coming up! have to really score for this one man! OH YES! did i mention dad bought us a video cam!!!! using my $100 and chun's $102! :D shall end it short here have history to study! groans!! :(

sunday to the club

YIPEEE!!!!!!!!! I GOT A HORSE!!!!!!! hahahahaha! just kiding! how i wish i could say that! cause i was reading ultimatehorse site and alot of post were about them getting their new horses so yeah... anyway HANK's getting better already! he's been shitting quite a bit and looks better, way better! thank god! have been praying for him for the past week! hope he fully recovers soon! anyway went to the club on sunday and helpped sue with one of her lessons. We were walking with them on the trail when it started to pour. It got bigger and bigger. Soon, we had to hide under the tree for shelter(not much use) in the end we were drenched! but it was fun! after that gave jun her brand new first hand jops! hhahahah! then we went to see dawn's lesson. Sorry could not stay there till it was over cos the rain was getting heavier again! anyway dawn looked really good on tikki!!!
later went to the club house to have dinner :D and took a bus home cause my mum didn't want to drive all the way.

hello! hahaha sorry didn't post for sooo long! motivated by nat's 1hour post! haha! anyway rode hank last friday and tuesday. He is so CUTE! took a really NICE picture of him he looked PICTURE PERRRFACT! today rode wining glory, chun on albert, france on duck, daph on biscuit and sandra on oatie.. so yeah, we went to the round pen, mini "track" thingy where sandra allowed us to do whatever we wanted? so trot and cantered and walked and stuff! hahah! quite fun lah! and chun cantered on albert behind duck so he would not ZOOOMMM off hahaha! smart huh! after the lesson when i was waiting for the shower bay to bathe wg i saw all the instructors busy at the round pen. you know where ill horses are placed to recover? yeah and i was thinking who is that inside. them i saw the blue halter! i was scanning through all the horses who had blue halters.. bobby??? THEN they brought a bay horse out! OH MY GOSH! SHOCK OF MY LIFE! it was HANK!! he is down with fever and has a little tummy ache!!!!!!!!!! NOOOOOO........!!!!!!!!!!!!! sandra then called the clinic and talked to the vet. MAN! it sounded so serious! NO WAY NO WAY NO WAY!!!!!!!!! sandra says it may be due to the vacination that the horses got on mon...anyone going down to the club please go visit hank and tell me how he is k?! sandra took his temp and it was i think 39.6 degrees! poor boy! riding on weds sooo extremely long till then :( well at least we got to ride today... and the weather was nice! thank god.

i kept praying for a superb weather and it was all nice and HOT! hahahaha! thank god! nat, you were right, i was on sonkla for the first and sobraj(is that how you spell it?) for the second. so was quite frecked...like sonkla and sobraj? sonkla has this issue with me and i have this issue with him! and sobraj??!! he's TOO good for me!! ahhh! ok so here goes... finish school and went to thomson plaza with chun and mum to get chun's school shoes. then we met NAT THERE!!! hahahahaha! so we ate lunch together! at pizza hut! and the pizza was really good, not to forget that sweet and spicy drumplets! ahahaha! so i do have this thing with tissues! hahaa! ok then nat followed us to saddle club. and i was riding thoes two as mentioned and chun was riding hank! and report time. it was hot and sunny and when i took sonkla out of his stall he went stright for the galloping glory's bucket of hay! he kinda push the while bin over and took a big bite of hay! haha! and i was like ohhh nooo! so embaressing but luciky there was no one there! phew! so after that we went to the arena and started getting the horses to flex.. record breaking! sonkla didn't try to mess with me!!! yayy!!! and he was flexed and round for like 5 seconds instead of the usual 1 second! hahaaha! chun was doing well on hank too! so sandra was like "wow! can go and buy lottery today." hahaha! sonkla turned out alright! and nat was "watching" our lesson as she slumped against the chair under the shaddy tree(i thought she was messaging like always) but no... she was asleep! hahaha! went we were about to leave the arena sandra went "nat! wake up already!" and chun was like nat!wake up! hahahaha! then after that hang around the stable and went to see champ! he's getting prettier by the day! then later at 6 nat and yijun went for a ride. daph didn't ride cos she was kinda ill. so sandra told chun to take winning glory instead. we did lots of walk to canter transitions. sobraj was so responsive. you slide your leg back, give the slightest of all nudge and boom! he's in canter. i was pretty bad i tell you! i didn't know if i should give him a long rein or short rein or what! hahaha! so yeah! poor old sobraj, have to tolerate my nonsense riding! but he is one real sweet boy.. oh yes! sandra told us one thing! she said never use too much hands if not you'll have the swimmer like shoulders and then your boyfriend will say eee! you are beauty or the beast arh?! hahahahahaha!we just burst out in laughter when she told us!!! hahaha! so anyway yeah that's about it.. stopping semi-p so sandra won't be so busy...

thank god, yesterday's weather was sooooo nice! not too hot, not too rainy! hahaha! anyway went to btsc after lunch. found out i was riding aeolus for the first lesson and chun was riding bilco. for the next, i was to ride winning glory, chun sonkla, frances bobby and daph oj... but i thought i shall be nice and switch with daph(we all know how much she loves wg!) anyway the first lesson i didn't have a watch and the clock at the stable has been removed so i didn't check the time... thought i was a bit late. BUT was in fact TOO early! so chun and i just waited outside the office doing girth and stuff. during the lesson we tried to get our horses round but failed!! chun got it for awhile though... oh my! my legs were about to drop off! so tiring. after that cantered aeolus for like a circle and realised i couldn't get my hands still! lousy me!!! aeolus has big canter stride doesn't he? or is it just me? oh well... then after our lesson me and chun hang around the stable, taking pictures of the horses and stuff. OH! oj tried to bite me! hahaha! was ponting near his mouth cos i thought he looked abit parrot mouth-fy and snap, this close, felt his teeth! hahaha! then after that daph and frances came and we all got on and without nat(who was enjoying herself at RL) we did our girth and stirrups! haha! ok maybe with the help of some other people :p then we did when we got to the arena sandra said we were gonna do canter poles! i didn't know oj jumped?! so anyway oj was really really nice! he canters when u ask him to stops when u ask him to! so anyway there was once when sandra raised up to crosspoles bobby was going too fast and crushed right into the poles! hahaha! frances was just laughing! but it looked scary! then winning glory got abit excited and went quite fast and daphne fell... hope you are feeling better! i am really sorry daph!!!! then after that came home and ate dinner and watched frecky friday! it's really funny! thank god thank god thank god!!! can't wait for sunday!

it was raining like crazy today. but towards the late afternoon the sun came up thank god!! went there around 5 and changed. then went to check our horses. i was on penelope... chun was on we are on, daph on biscult and frances on patch. then went to talk to sandra about the fee problem. then she told us to tack up and ride now if we wanted. and so we did :D daph had to switch with this boy for sonny.. walked on the heath for awhile then did trot work on the heath. we crossed the stirrups over and did left legs hahahaha! but it was okay cos it was penelope! hahaha! lucky me! so anyways then after that we went to the arena to do canter work. after that showered penelope. she had mud up till her knees! haha! nat was helping me scrub them off. frances was showering patch when he did his little rears. then chun wanted to take a video of him rearing but patch all of a sudden reared so high he broke his lead rope.. haha! can't wait for friday!!!!! :D the gloves are so GOOD! haha! they are light and airy and soft so u can feel the horses mouth .. well thank god!

SORRY PEEPS! have not updated for pretty long! i've been busyy! by busy i mean busy!! anyway was down with fever last thurs and friday but managed to go riding! hahaha! had to wear the hot raincoat and zeep it up to the top and boy was i sweating inside! anyway we went on a hack with peter. at first we walked on the heath and saw NAT. then peter brought us to that mini sort of race track thing to trot round and round and round. was quite giddy after that! haha! by the way i was on aeolus, chun was on hank, daph on james, frances on oatie, this girl on winning glory and peter on darcy. have anyone ridden darcy before? heard from morven and julie that she or he is real sweet. but darcy seemed quite green, she kept shying away from things when we were on the hack... anyway we are on is really nice too!! haha! he auto goes pass the poles and does not slow down! haha! do pole work on him very relaxing! haha! ok so there's riding tmr can't WAIT! :D wonder who i'll be riding! will try to post asap ok.. but please tag ya! AND finally got the GLOVES! yipeeee!!!! $58 sing. poor jun, i know i know... oh yea! jun it was really funny the way you "shouted" at yijun during recess hahahahahahahaha!!!! burst out in laughter man!!!!!!!!!! anyway everyone have a nice ride this week k! and don't forget to post about them :D

HELLO! back from pattaya!! I MISS KYMN! I MISS KING KONG! I MISS HORSESHOE POINT! gosh! the week past in such a haste! but i can tell you we had a soooo much fun!!! ok besides daphne's little accident that is... hope you are feelinh better! anyway have been riding king kong all week at horseshoe point, yes, yes i know king kong such a weird name it was actually Queen's Glory but the thia didn't know how to prononce it so they just called her king kong (it's a her mind you) she'a a throughbred mare kymn says she's quite young. so anyway king kong is really nice! she's SO SWEETTT! and kymn's our instructor... she's is great! i tell you, you would never imagine in all the world an instructor like her! she's so pacient and nice and funny!! :D we also went to kymn's friend's mini farm had ponies there, we had a trail ride and a mini cross country jumping lesson!!! it was down right delightful! we also had a gymkana on the last day haha my girth was too lose and so i fell face first onto the sand.. haha! ohhhh goshhh it was really an amazing trip! if only daph and frances were there!!!!!!!! just thinking about going to school tmr makes my heart sink 9 levels down! why must school start soooo soon?!?! BUT really it was hell of a holiday! thank god!!

:D had TWO lessons today!!!! hahaha! it was a little windy and there was lightning on and off. but thank god, there was no thunder or rain! :D thank god! hahah! ok so had HANK for both lessons! so cool right! haha! he was really nice. he has such a smooth trot! hank is like this little boy, he can be playful sometimes but he's really nice and friendly... sorry i had my reins so short, hank!! really sorry! hmmm... so anyway we did leg yeilding, once we reach the fence, it's off to canter! haha! really fun. it's easier to to get them to canter when you are leg yeilding. when the first lesson was over, nat, frances and sandra helpped me put hank back into his stall. hank didn't like it and he started to barge his way through all of us and put his head real high and wanted to trot out! sandra was like "hey! hank stop it! stop being rude" and nudge on his reins then she was like "get your butt in there you!" haha sandra can be so strick to the horses at times and so sweet at times... ok so later we helpped sandra in her lesson well maybe me and daph didn't really help :D i only took over frances at the last 10mins of the lesson. then later we all rushed back to take our horses. thank god! it didn't pour!! and nat, thank you for helping us!! haha! poor nat have to run here and there to help us with stuff! :D thanks nat! the 2nd lesson was alright i guess not as good as the first one but alright. daph on report time fell cause report time didn't wanna stop cantering.. daph hope you're feeling better ya.. YAY!!!!! 5 days to pattaya!!!! can't wait! :D

THANK GOD!!!! today is so WONDERFUL! but too bad it's the last day of camp :(... well we did jumping!! ok maybe not jumping but yeah sort of . like cross poles... sonny was really nice. he was such a good boy! then later after our lesson we had to coach sue and sandra. they pretended as though they were total begainners and we had to correct their tack and stirrups! haha! SUPER FUNNYYY!!! me and chun were in charge of teaching them canter and sitting trot! haahaa! i was like "what i can't even do that properly!!" but anyways sandra and sue had their hands all over the place. but their seat was SO GOOD! we told sandra that she was a lousy begainner! (too good to be one!) haha :D then we stayed at the club to do homework and sandra's card! haha also supppper funny!! haha! then later sandra pushed our lesson forward so had to switch for sonkla. we did jumping again! hahahahah! so crazy over it! sonkla tried to buck me off AGAIN and the worst thing is he always gets me everytime! errr.... but thank god i didn't fall. swear i almost did. but ya ,phew! emma and sarah are the cutest things!!!!!!!!! they are adourable!!! it's been hell of a week! and i don't mind doing it again!! :D

lets see, slept at 9.30pm yesterday ok atempted to. quite successful thank god! haha slept woke up slept woke up! was so excited about pony camp! haha! i woke up this morning feeling fully recharged but aching all over! so went to btsc as early as i could muck out sonny's stall but just when i was about to groom him, this BIG thunder storm came! lightning and all! so instead of riding at 7.45 to 9.15, we rode from 8.15 to 9.15.. after our ride it started to pour again but luckily it was AFTER our ride, thank god! gosh! i think sonny's saddle is too small for me it kinda hurts... if you know what i mean?? sonny today wasn't really keen in cantering, like he was yesterday... he did his famous up head down head then picked up canter. one time, he was started acting up. so after that washed him off and brought him out to graze. u know it's a real nice sight seeing the horses grazing together... but shortly after that, as i said it started raining... then put the horses back and had a lecture on contact. it was a good lecture i must say. CAN'T WAIT for tmr!!!!!!!! hmmm maybe i should soak in hot water and hopefully that'll bring all the achs out :)

hey everybody! pony camp this morning was so FUN!!!! i got sonny... owwww such a darling :) so proud of my shampooing i did for him! he's was gleeming!! ask daphne! haha :D sonny looks a lot like chanp! lan lan call them brothers! haha! love grazing the horses it feels so FREE u know what i mean... likes as if he's your horse i repeat YOUR very own! haha! anyway riding in the evening was not bad. not that i was good or anything but winning glory was... even though he was so tired and puffung and hot, could feel he was working.. anyways can't wait for tmr's camp!!!!! thank god! it'a a wonderful feeling to have spent almost the day with horses and will be spending even more time with them tmr!! :DD agree??

:D hope you guys like the new skin :D anyway hank is really nice but i am TOO lousy for him:(so anyway rode report time yesterday. did walk to canter transitions. report time was good as in he always does it but it's in between that i went so bad. so anyway saw nat ride champ! heehee... champ was such a sweetheart! he was not distracted by the other horses at the paddock going wild! haha! ohh it was so funny when the groom took poko out of one of the paddocks, you see all the geildings and the stallion(zen) all running towards her! haha! Zen(i think) was going crazy!! jumping about! if they could speck they'll all say "hey!! bring her back HERE!!!!" it was such a funny sight!!! haha! and then u see nat doing walk to canter transitions on champ! so SMOOTH and SO concentrated! really nice nat! haha! nat keeps feeding champ carrots and apple so if he grows fat we all know who's the one to blame... heeeheee... yay!! pony camp in 3 days!!

sorry didn't blog for so long! anyways didn't get to ride on friday. it was cancelled the last minute so yeah. was kinda sad... but anyways went to help out on sat and sunday for the competition.. welll sunday me and chun were doing gate a and cos it was raining before that, walking in the arena was like walking on quick sand! i tell you our feets sank so deep down! haha! well will blog later after riding! :D riding Hank today :) he was really nice last tuesday (thank god!) My dad says if chun and i wash his toilet for 10 days we can go for pony camp(in other words means yes!)! yay!!

alrighty! should try to forget about that day then... but it'll still crush me if history repeats... it's all MY FAULT!!!! anyway after church went to backer's inn to eat! god! the pizza was GREAT!! plus we had this chocolate pudding, HEAVENLY! it looked like normal chocolate sponge cake outside topped with ice cream and when u cut it open, hot liquid fudge comes flowing out like an erupted volcano!!! SOOOO GOODDD! then me and chun's got this hazelnut biscult thing! ohhh my it satisfied our sweet tooth!!!!! SUPERB! then went shopping... my mum spoted this rain coat and it finally FITS! haha! we have been looking for rain coats for a long time! cos my mum keeps nagging about how we should not ride in the rain and get all soaking wet! so now, she has nothing to complain! :P so then went robinsons. gosh! we spent $745 just on BARS AND PANTIES!!!!??? luckily mum was in a good mood... after that went to NTUC to get FOOODD! haha took a hole load of unnecessary SNACKS! heeeheee... later when we were about to leave the place,my mum needed the loo so we went to the car first. my sis(who clearly didn't have a drving lisence) wanted to drive the car to the entrance to pick my mum. but she could'nt find the gear thingy... so when my mum came down and realised what we wanted to do she went "hey! so many cars around, i have no money to pay for all the damage you'll cause" haha so funny!! told u she was in a good mood! hhahaha!!

heh heh! saaw champ today. he has such a thick neck... but anyway the groom was doing his girth so his ears was pulled back and he kept bobbing his head up and down. But the groom told me and chun champ is a nice, quiet horse... so anyway riding was at 6.15 but chun and i went to the stables at like 4.45! just hang around. was ridng we are on. he was tired so didn't canter much. we did leg yeilding and turning on the forehand... we are on was difficult to do turning on forehand sandra said maybe he was a little stiff?? but we are on is nice :) chun rode goldridge, daph rode lobo and frances rode penelope.. well i wanna have 3 lessons a week!!! in fact, i want to ride every single day, every waking hour! :/ math test was BAD today. bad bad! but riding plus dinner at saddle club brightened up the whole day! :D riding always does doesn't it?!!!! can't wait for tuesday's double lessonnnn!!!!! hopefully tmr i can go down to saddle club to watch jun, daph and frances ride...

lobo the loverboy!

yesterday's lesson was alright. :D was on lobo and he was a little fresh. It was drizzling a little.. so anyway did normal warm ups. then sandra thought us how to do leg yeilding in the trot! haha! Lobo was nice and started doing it :D after that we did this thing called... called... what was it again? i forgot umm... but it sort of is like the horses front legs doesn't move only the hind legs turn and do a circle. Called something turning forehand. REALLY FORGOT what it was called. haha had a few successful ones turns and a few not so successful ones :) haha! and the funny thing was sandra kept calling lobo "loverboy" haha! imagine lobo loverboy?? haha!! :D but he was nice, considering i seldom ride him. OH YES! one more thing! sorry sandra, i made her shirt all poka dotted! :/

riding yesterday was alright i guess. besides screwing up the test practice... haha i was so BLUR i could not really hear what sandra was saying so i just went wherever! so anyway had problem getting report time onto the wet corners :/ and whenever he passes by another horse, his ears are like" oooohhh go away!" but he was nice :D chun was REALLY sad! she was so looking forward to riding but when the lesson just started, like after 3 rounds of trot, lobo came too near chun on sonkla and sonkla became nervous and spooked at the corner and lost his shoe. so she couldn't ride anymore, had to take sonkla back :( well i guess there's still tuesday?

didn't get to ride on tues :( everyone was ready mounted up their horses waiting for a signal on where to go. sandra, peter and sue were standing outside the office in the shelter. They wanted to wait for the rain to lessen. But instead it got heavier, It was such a funny sight! 15 or so horses and riders drenched in the rain. then sandra told everyone to dismount and put the horses back and wait till the rain stops. BUT no one dismounted. Everyone just stood there, waiting. Sandra was like "everyone dismount?!" and everyone acted as though they did not hear her! haha peter and sue was just luahing! they were like "no one's lisening. no one wants to get off!" hahaha! it was so funny! oh but daph and frances wasn't there yet they were sort of held up somewhere. so anyways the rain started pouring! and i was soaking wet! haha! only when the girl on winning glory dismounted did everyone then started to dismount. I put we are on back to his stall and peter told me to wait inside his stall with him. the girl next to me was also just standing in the stall with her horse. haha! didn't know what to do. then finally we untack them. the place was really pouring! everyone was WET! then sandra and some other riders started shifting the bags of poo to block the rain from entering the stables. at first i was wondering why everyone was moving the bags of poo then i heard sandra said. so well everyone was soaked. :D next tuesday there's gonna be a make up lesson. so i've got 2 lessons on tuesday! WOOOHOO! :D let's hope that god bless us with excellent weather next week! :p

had a bbq on sunday! it was SO FUN! really, we had to start the fire going by ourselves with no adults'' help... but after 1h30mins++ we managed to get it going!! the food was SO GOOD!!! haha :D anyway riding on sunday was quite bad for me but fun. was on goldridge. he was really tired! he had 2 lessons in a row under the burning sun! when i toook off his saddle pad it was soaking wet! anyway cantered on him.. he had a nice canter but i had a few failed attempts to get him into the canter. but anyways riding's never easy... yay! can't wait! riding tommorow! gonna ride we are on. wonder how he is. onlyh rode him for a hack once...

had riding yesterday.
chun was on sonkla, daph was on report time, frances was on penelope and i was on OJ.. could'nt get him stright beside the mounting block. had to go around it 3TIMES until the stablehand came to help me :D haha anyway riding did walk and trot but didn't canter. Sandra wanted us to focus on the qulity of the gaits rather than the speed. was tiring u know! ok, so we didn't manage to get them round the WHOLE lesson but these things don't come in just 1 lesson... oh man! u have no idea how much i want the june hols to come! PATTAYA and hopefully PONY CAMP! haha :D just think about it makes me glee. :D but right now, PROJECT datelines and mountains and mountains of work! i am so lost where should i start??

went to btsc early in the mornings yesterday! helpped to build the couse, jun daph chun frances and i were aimlessly walking around waiting for instructions. "Move that plant there!" "remove this jump" and so on.... it was quite fun but rather hot! then later we stood at the exit to give clear round ribbons to the 60-70m and 70-80m jump events. the ribbons were so nice, purple in colour. we asked shirley if we could take the extras home haha!! but of course we didn't. :D then we had to leave cos i had chinese tution and art class :(
returned to saddle club at 5.24pm for my lesson which starts at 5.30pm! can u imagine, so rushy but anyways was riding we are on and we went a trail ride... morven was singing and talking haha she almost crash into a bush! haha so funny!! well at least we gotta trot for a few steps? jun and daphne were luckier they had lesson. chun and i later helped sandra in her lesson we walked with her on the same trail again! realise that misty is really pretty! haha... well i hope we get to saddle club today again! :)

hello! well today's lesson was not as fun as last tuesday's. BUT the weather was nice.. thank god! was riding penelope then tikki. penelope was so sweet. i realise she likes to poo when u bathe her at the showering bays. :D anyway, gonna go down to help at btsc on sat morning and then there'll be lessons in the evening! YAY!! i just wish i could stay there the whole day! but got art class!! :( hmmmm... yipee! no morning school next friday. haiyah, if only it was THIS friday then can go help at the comp. CAN'T WAIT for sat! haha i pass my week by looking forward to tuesdays and saturdays! heeehee... :D that's all for my not very exciting life. :)

wooohooo! had 2 gymkanah lessons on sat... one was my original 5.30 lesson the other was jun and daph's 6.15 lesson. cos the 6.15 lesson were short of ppl so sandra asked chun and i to join in... rode loco the first lesson he's trot was really bumpy! so sandra asked me to canter him. although i only managed to canter twice :/ then later during the next lesson, me and sarah paired up. first rode on patch then on tikki... oh man! i felt so big on patch and tikki. poor ponies!! oh and we had to do the sack race!! oh my my, was i tired!! very bad stamina! and peter on the other side was hoping so fast!! haha! jun if only u came!! but no worries, riding on tuesday!! YES!! pattaya here we come!!! this time we have to pack double the amount of food!!!! :D

well friday-saturday's art club camp was expected, boring! had barely 4 hours of sleep!! for a person like me who needs a full 8 hours of sleep every night! groans... went for riding in the evening after the camp and my art class. Oh MY! was so tired, that i was bouncing on the horses' back! poor horses!!! morven was really funny!!!! and julie was SO GOOD!! take a look at that seat! and oh my,that LEGS?!! julie comes in first in every competion she joins, how come she isn't bored of the red ribbons????!!! doesn't she want some blue and greens too?? hahaha!! YES! riding on tuesday!! wonder who i'll be getting?? and jun, i really wanna go for ponycamp and pattaya in june!! but... but.... i don't think mum will let us! am i asking for too much?? it's not right... i mean there's never a "too much" for horses! i wish i had SO much money, that at the sight of it i just get bored!!

ok let's see riding yesterday.... quite fun lah... was on sonny... Oh! have to mention this, was praying i get a nice calm horse and i when i looked outside the window it was sunny so i was like "god, i don't mind riding sonny today.." and i really got him! amazing huh! god's great! we had lesson in that grass arena and sonny doesn't seem quite to like it... he was rather fresh.. but anyway did 2 point position and all! :D ok, maybe my position was quite horrible but who cares..as long as i get to see the horses! haha.. chun rode penelope! chun see i told you she has such an amazing sitting trot right!!haha daph was on little red and frances was on james. the lesson went fine just that there was this girl being bullied by tikki in the lesson. anyway can't wait for the next riding lesson! i wish there was an equestrain school!!

hello!! well at last, a time to update my blog!! haha riding on saturday was fun... ok maybe 'fun' is not the right word but it was frecky!! was riding sonkla again but because it was raining earlier on, he was abit jumpy. he kept throwing his head up and down with much force and shying away from some of the corners. Sandra told me to give him a big smack and when i did, he bucked a little so she kept telling me to be alert and ignore his pesty behaviour. so i tried my best but at one corner, he suddenly started bucking and charged into the middle, don't know how to explain it but riders should have experienced this before... so my legs came up and i fell! haha boy, was it a loud fall! ohh sorry sam, that charging thing made little red scared as well. so anyway went back up on my feet and sandra took over and rode sonkla for a while, cantering, halting and all sorts. AMAZING MAN!! haha anyway when i went back on him he was still a little jumpy but i didn't carry a whip this time... however after a few rounds of troting, sonlkla, at the same corner stated acting up again!! this time i lost the right rein and was abt to fall so i grabbed the bridle you know the part where he's ears were.... forgot what it's called, i know it' s around the brow band... and i managed to hung on. after that chun on lobo went for a canter but lobo being so affected bolted off and sandra was like "give him a yank" and chun did and halted him! haha well at least it was a "different" type of lesson :D

hello! today's good friday and well lots of homework waiting for me!
anyways i wrote a poem last night in memory of big red, wanna, islander, santana and Ken dragon.

Heaven's doors sway open wide,
I took a glance and looked inside.

Along the grassy plains of which,
stood he, with a cry so free.
"Don't grief upon my departure please,
i am now glee", his eyes told me.

It's true really he seemed at ease, with much grace i have never seen.
As he ran along the feild so wide, each step, each stride was filled with might.

School's back again!!! grrr.... STRESSED! all the project works that need to be handed in?!!!!! super stressed out!!! the only thing keeping me going is really only acturally RIDING and the HORSES! i mean riders don't u agree that u put all the stress aside when u are riding or at the stables? horses are just so magical... yesterday had riding! was on james and we learnt jumping position. i had really bad posture and all but it was FUN! heard the really sad news about our dear islander and big red... i know how tragic is that?! big red is so nice and sweet and the worst thing is i just rode him 2 weeks ago? it seems so much like a dream! i mean i can understand why they put islander down but why did big red just go like that? and they had plans for him to be a jumper. i think btsc must be real sad they lost one of their best school horses!

had riding yesterday... well first time riding with morven and julie. Gosh!they are good! i felt so lousy!!! haha ok was riding standley we did some pole work and then canter work. first attempt to canter on him failed miserably, lost my stirrups cos they were a little too long... so the second time, i didn't ask him for the canter but he just went so yeah just contiued with it. my canter was bad as usual! so anyways sandra told us to turn in to switch horses... i wanted to take max at first but decided that i probably could'nt get him to canter on the other lead so switched with chun for s.o.s instead. big difference from standley.... ok i thought s.o.s was abit weird then at the end of the lesson nat told me that i was on the wrong diagonal! DANG! how could i forget my diagonals again?!? s.o.s had a nice canter but MY canter is terrible so i can't say anything more can i? gotta work on my canter and diagonals man!!!!! today did a little shopping with mum and my sister. bought a lacoste shoe(is that how u spell it?) since it was on discount... went to cold storage to get lots of food! haha... ohh... i have decided to get myself a GPA when i get my first pay!!! hahaha which is in like in 10years time??

a day at the club

hello! okey today went to school for backup props and it was really boring until i met junyin. we did the usual horse talk!! then chun decided to skip track to go btsc and see daphne and frances doing the pony camp. we went there pat the horses, did some grooming and talked to shirley abt the next pony camp :D haha was disturbing shirley the whole day... sorry shirley! :) then me and chun went to help sandra in one of her lessons where we had to hold the horses and walk around the heath track and jungle. biscult was walking so slowlyyyy even chun holding duck behind was like" fei make biscult move on more!" was good work out though! :D so anyway after that took shirley's camera to take pics of the campers jumping lesson. was quite interesting seeing them jump... OH YA! me and chun kept disturbing sam abt his new $680 GPA helmet haha he got sooo annoyed and went "can u don't touch my helmet anymore!" haha he's so cute u know!! anyway CAN'T WAIT FOR MY NEXT LESSON!!

missing it again

ok why is the next riding lesson taking so extremely longggg to come by??! i have waited soooo long for friday, and friday is finally coming!!!! YAYY!!! you see, tmr junyin, daphne,chun, nat and i are going down to help yijun braid ameretto's mane after school. ok maybe watch yijun do it cos i have no idea how to braid at all! after that have btsc briefing for the competition... yay! it's gonna be quite a horsey day!!

thanks juyin for helping me with the blog. Junyin here helped me do the pictures and all and we ended up sleeping past our 11pm bedtime okey maybe just my bedtime... anyway had riding this morning! actually had to ride albert but chun galdly and willingly switched with me for james! haha! ok so james was nice and troting along BUT albert??? he didn't want to trot. Chun kept whipping him but the acted as though nothing had happened. sandra says he is too sick and tired of lessons thats why he is acting like that. poor old boy! anyway cantered a little on james, boy did he have a strong head! ok so later went to shower him off and daphne came. we realised that wining glory was lame due to the shoe nail that was too close to his flesh. so daphne was really sad and all. later mum came and after much of my constant nagging, she finally passed the btsc membership form to mr chew!!!! yay!!! can ride 3 times a week!!! :D
